After sometime, Hisachi decided to enter one cozy restaurant near Starbucks. 
First impression , wow this restaurant seems really comfortable. 
It looks like a small house in a mall.

Today Hisachi tried different training ways. Never go wrong to try 20fit.

In the morning before I come , I make appointment with the trainer first. So my schedule will not colide with someone's schedule.

When I went inside, the friendly receptionist swiftly and immediately welcomed me and ask me what program I want to try.

The trainer start to introduce about Miha Bodytec EMS. I wear special training vest with electrodes and start training.

What I think about 20fit's Miha Bodytec EMS program?

It's very interesting and very effective .

A new fun way for exercise ^^
